Common questions

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days of full, personalised access free — no card required. After that you can keep it for AU$4.69/month or AU$46.99/year, or do nothing and drop back to the free general lawn calendar. Nothing is charged if you don't subscribe.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Lawn Obsessed, and change or cancel it there. Cancelling before the trial ends means you won't be charged.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no sign-up and no login. Your lawn profile, journal and photos stay on your device.

The weather / "this week" advice looks wrong for my area.

Check the postcode in My Lawn is correct — it sets your climate zone and the local forecast. If you're offline, the app uses a general seasonal calendar instead of live weather. If it still looks off, email a screenshot to the address above.

Which grasses are supported?

Australian warm-season lawns: Buffalo, Couch, Kikuyu, Zoysia and Qld Blue Couch.

Is the product advice safe to follow?

The app points you at well-established Australian horticultural practice, but the product label is always the authority for rates, timing and safety. Follow the label.
